The location was favourable, right by metro stations and Gare de L'est and metro, shopping and wonderful cafes in the Marais district. The room was fashionable and with a balcony.

The hotel was fairly clean and we had an absolutely fantastic and bright room.
Nothing negative to say.

It was extremely comfortable for the money and in a great location.
Could use more space or drawers to put clothes in the room.

Clean hotel, helpful staff in an intrusive manner. Tastefully decorated and brand-new room with big bed and smoke detectors for safety measures. Lovely views over city. Favourable and unbeatable location nice to head to once you had finished sightseeing, near eateries and cafes. And 10 mins walk to Le Marais.

Fun (if a little on the tacky) decor, lovely big bed, free wifi
Bath tub was in the bedroom itself and had a handheld shower and shower curtain only which meant showering was a little tricky. But there was plenty of hot water and a great view so that made up for it.

What a delight it was to stay here! The stunning spa corner with chamomile tea and the large bed. the open bathroom may be awkward for some guests. I would return!

Quite a centralized location with just 2 minutes from the Bastille Metro's Boulevard Beaumarchais Exit & less than 10 mins walk to the nearest Monoprix Supermarket. There is no problem to buy food whether Chinese food, fastfood or Cafes. The room is spacious, clean and comfortable completely equipped with heaters & airconditioning system. Hotel staffs are friendly and helpful.
No tea making facility. The lift is quite small, enough for only 4 persons or 2 persons with a lot of luggages at one go.

I would really recommend this hotel! The staff were very friendly and helpful, the rooms were very stylish, clean, quiet and comfortable, the location excellent (Bastille metro is a two minute walk, le Marais 10 mins) and a good continantal breakfast was served on time to my room at no extra charge. Definitely one of the better hotels I've stayed in while in Paris.
The hotel provides Wifi free of charge, which is great. The signal on the 5th floor wasn't very strong however, which meant I had to go to reception to access the Internet from my pc.

Cosy design - athough the room was tiny (for a one short night stay not really a problem) it was designed with a real attention to detail and the space was used very smartly. The best night sleep I have ever had in weeks of business travelling :) Last floor allowed a far Tour d'Effeil view :) Did not manage to have breakfast but the restaurant room looked very nice and the staff claimed it was all organic and fresh food. I was in a hurry but there was a boulangerie next door with equally good baquettes :) Very interesting design - although each floor is designed differently so hard to evaluate the whole thing... Recommend for a short stay, for a longer - make sure where you'll be located...
Not really a minus but beware, especially if you plan for a longer stay: very very tiny room I got on the last floor (although extremally cosy and last floor gives you a truly "Parisian" view), no tea/coffee makers in the room / very tiny and slow lift (allow waiting in the morning)

We loved exploring the nearby Promenade Plantee and relaxing in the beautiful spa. The hotel's ambiance was cozy, and the room setup was perfect for our family, allowing our grandkids to feel at home.
My kids wished for a pool to cool off after a day out.

Excellent location, very helpful and friendly staff, uniquely designed. I booked a single room, this was at the very top of the hotel and had beautiful views across the Paris rooftops.
My room had a bath only (no shower) and no fridge/ minibar.
